PASADENA, Calif., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Virtualitics, the Mission AI company, today announced the renewal of its contract supporting U.S. Marine Corps’ 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (2nd MAW), building on the success of its AI-driven aviation readiness solutions while introducing significant new capabilities designed to enhance operational effectiveness across Marine aviation. The renewal expands Virtualitics’ support at Marine Corps Air Station New River to six of seven MV-22 squadrons, with the seventh squadron expected to onboard following its return from deployment.
“Readiness challenges rarely emerge from a single issue. They build across maintenance, material, manpower, and operation schedules,” said Rob Bocek, Chief Commercial Officer of Virtualitics. “Virtualitics’ work with 2nd MAW helps leaders identify those risks earlier, understand what is driving them, and make informed decisions while they still have options. This renewal reflects the trust we have built with Marine aviation leaders and the operational value being delivered.”
As part of the expanded effort, Virtualitics will introduce several new capabilities developed in close partnership with Marine Corps personnel, including live data updates through API integrations, a redesigned user experience, enhanced evaluation capabilities, and AI-enabled flight schedule creation and recommendations. Together, these advancements strengthen the platform’s ability to deliver decision intelligence for aviation readiness and mission execution to help leaders make faster, more informed decisions.
Virtualitics remains committed to increasing mission-capable rates across the Marine Corps’ critical MV-22 Osprey fleet. The renewal validates the operational impact of the company’s AI-driven predictive maintenance and readiness solution and reinforces the value Virtualitics delivers to Marine aviation organizations as they work to maximize aircraft availability and mission readiness.
The award also represents a significant strategic milestone for Virtualitics as the company’s first successful award through the Tradewinds Marketplace and its first Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) awarded under competitive Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) procedures. Together, these milestones demonstrate new pathways for rapidly delivering mission-critical AI capabilities to defense customers while providing the flexibility needed to support future expansion across Marine aviation.
